2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed by Polar.sh and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Eligibility
- The 30-day guarantee applies to the first subscription period only
- Subsequent monthly renewal charges are not eligible for refund
- Partial refunds for mid-period cancellations are not available
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- The refund request is made after the 30-day window has passed
- The charge is a renewal (not the first payment)

You may cancel your Postevo Premium subscription at any time:
- Log in to the Polar.sh customer portal with your subscription email
- Navigate to your active subscriptions and cancel
- No cancellation fees apply
- You retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period
